Just Reiki

Karen is very intuitive, grounded and balanced. She is reliable, and always gets back to you as soon as she can.
When I asked about Reiki, she explained to me that whatever it is we need is within us, that it doesn’t come from her, that she just holds the space to help us heal ourselves. She said that our energy can get blocked for lots of different reasons, and we don’t feel grounded, or balanced, or centred. Reiki helps to unblock our energy.
There’s no airy fairy stuff, no bells and whistles, she doesn’t make claims or promises, she’s just there with you 100 % for the 45 minutes.
