Look at the photos I just added.
Demonstrably lying rip-off merchants and I can back that up with evidence. Do not deal with these people. Their double-glazed windows do not fit, are far smaller than what they replace and filled(badly) with packing and wood to try and cover it up.
Company treats its customers with utter contempt and never returns calls when they say they will.
Look at the attached photos. THIS is the quality of work that they believe is acceptable and refuse to fix.
I've used Justrite a number of times over the past 2 years as I've just finished building a house. Until recently, my transactions have been good. Their prices are excellent and delivery reasonably quick. The last transaction went wrong though and I've had a real problem getting a resolution. After ordering and paying for $2800 of polycarbonate roofing, they couldn't deliver 2 key components and I've been waiting 2 months for a refund. Telephone staff are always polite and promise to get things resolved, but it has taken numerous phone calls to get my money back (only confirmed today - I was typing this review as the refund email came through). Since there is no way to check stock availability before they take payment, with the current materials shortages I would recommend avoiding using Justrite. The hassle and inconvenience are not worth the cheap prices.
Our parents recommended Just Rite since they got their house insulated about 25 years ago. They did ceiling, under floor and cavity wall insulation. We found the sales consultant, office staff and installers courteous, efficient and professional. There was some rescheduling due to weather. Overall we are pleased with the outcome and our interaction with Just Rite. After the job was completed they sent us photos and thermal images.
