I recently had some electrical work completed at my house and found the technician to be efficient and well mannered. The work was completed on time and he cleaned up afterwards.
I also found the office staff to be really helpful when I had to reschedule my works due to a last minute emergency I had.
I was pleased to hear that the company was under new management as I was a bit hesitant to use these guys again after I had issues with the previous manager Ken.
I would recommend using these guys and wish the new owner jarrod the best of luck.

To their credit the owners are very nice and they are prompt.
However after my personal experience this is my first ever negative review and cannot recommend.
- They over quoted the job (own mistake was accepting it), probably used up all the over quoted hours however on return trips to complete what should have been completed in 1 visit
- They make you pay half of the job in advance through their website, and then ask you to prove that you paid on their own website before they arrive
- Their accountant would pick around our concerns to avoid any responsibility - came across as rather unpleasant

The ladies in the office were really HELPFUL & informative, the technician was exactly the same & he left my home spotless. I will definitely use KJBurns again

Save your money don't use this overpriced rude electrician! Wouldn't use them ever again. They overcharged me and have no personal skills. Very disappointed.

We have been dealing with the them for years & always found them promote, friendly and always did a good job - very informative!
