Approaching what their website told me was 'Mildura's longest serving motel', I wondered if I would need to byo power point or if they would require me to wear a suit to check in, or at least arrive in a horse & cart.
I was somewhat relieved, however, to see that neither of the above was necessary - infact the room even had 3 hours of free wifi (not something they offered back when they first opened!) and the whole feel was casual and relaxed. No horses or cart in sight, but plenty of parking for guest cars (or perhaps a horse & cart if you have one...). It was a convenient walk to many of Mildura's newer establishments for dining.
