I bought a 2nd hand boat with a 2015 60hp 4 Stroke Mercury fitted. I took the boat to them to have the motor fully serviced plus install a dual battery system and replace the wheel bearings on the trailer. They rang me twice with issues they found (the steering and the need to instal a relay to protect the cranking battery) and asked if I wanted to have them fixed / installed, which of course I did. The service was terrific and the quality of the work outstanding. I'd strongly recommend them to anyone.
Nothing but outstanding service from Trevor and the team. Among other things I purchased a 2014 Yamaha off Karee marine and stupidly could not get the motor to go up. Trevor sent one of his staff around within the hour. Despite the fact I was a complete goose the staff member didnt make me feel that way and provided more information about the motor. Cant speak highly enough of Karee marine. Highly recommend to anyone looking at buying or servicing their boat.
Traded in a 2004 Mercury outboard on a new motor. The trade I was given was very fair. I was happy the changeover and I didnt need to haggle. Service was faultless. Michael and Trevor were very knowledgeable and very helpful. Regrettably I did not get the mechanics name but all 3 talked me through the operation of the new motor. Based on this experience I will only be using Karee marine for accessories and servicing. Like the sign out the front of Karee Marine says your wife says yes, when my wife does, I will purchase our next boat off them. One thing stands out and that was what Trevor said. Trevor thanked me for my business. Very few companies I deal with acknowledge their customers like this. Its a simple comment but to me extremely important. Karee marine deserves to succeed.

2302, with a mercury, it is 10 times the boat it was. Put a huge grin on my face at test ride, more than I expected, Trevor is a huge credit to mercury , also the Mechanics are a big credit to Trevor. Thanks for putting money aside and looking after the customer,#reviewtowin
I would recommend that anyone who has any issues with their boat/trailer/marine equipment stay well away from Karee Marine, there is no customer service, they are simply in the business to relive you of your well earned money. An example being is that they gave me a list of issues that I question existed, then immediately proceeded to offer me a ridiculous price to take the boat of my hands, this was all in the same sentence!! At no time did I give any indication that I wanted to sell the boat. The information that I received about my trailer was also incorrect and when seeking a second opinion there diagnosis was well off the mark. They come across as extremely rude and condescending, and then charge you ridiculous amount of money for there questionable diagnosis/ prognosis. Stay well away, you have been warned!!!
