Don't waste your money. The staff are rude and unhelpful. The karts vary in performance so much, the racing is unfair and not fun. The fastest karts are ok, but the track is short and boring. I went there for a corporate event, but I will not go back. We will take our company money elsewhere.
Once you actually get to ride the karts it's quite fun, the hours wait beforehand as I had is not, you have to make a booking beforehand and are told to show up 15mins before so you can get sorted fine, make a booking for 9pm as that's an available slot, get there early, a few people there, get my voucher redeemed then the staff pay as little attention to helping me as possible, won't find a helmet that fits people who wear glasses, but the main issue is that they let 30 people who just walked in off the street without a booking in front of us even though we were meant to have a reserved booking, so it gets to be 10pm and we're still waiting in line, the staff hasn't helped us in the slightest and continue to let people infront of us even though there are already 25 people infront of us, while they sit about and do nothing and refuse to help us, ended up just getting our vouchers refunded and leaving. Absolutely terrible service.
I bought my hubby a heap of vouchers for Kartatak via a deal on Groupon and although he had fun with his mates, the customer service is pretty poor, particularly when the staff members that are meant to be monitoring the track are more interested in beating all the "paying" customers in the tournament. Pretty bad attitudes as well if you do anything they regard as reckless. Without a voucher the prices are ridiculously over priced teamed with awkward parking.
Poor Service. Not interested in providing a friendly atmosphere.
Would not recommend them. Will be taking my business somewhere else. Rude and unfriendly staff.
We had a group booking for 13 but unfortunately 1 person in the team could not make it due to a back injury. They insisted we pay or else the rest of the team will forfeit their payment.
