Service is extremely poor. I called about a mix up in the bin collection but instead of helping me sort it out, the staff are rude and abrupt and blaming me whereas they had collected the wrong bin in the first place.
Instead of helping me find a solution, the staff brushed me off and told me it was my fault...I'm not sure how them collecting the wrong bin is my fault...
No matter how cheap your product is, treating customers rudely will be detriment to business. There is no place for the poor treatment this company has shown to me, their customer.
I recommend NOT paying for terrible service like this. Take your business elsewhere where it is valued.
