incompetent, negligent, useless, should i continue ! the house we moved into also was full of mould , the roof leaked, we requested verbally and in writing for maintenance it took a breach notice to get any action , even then it took them 4 months and all that was achieved was a stack of quotes , we made a request for a rent reduction it was out right refused , my whole family including children and even the dog have fallen ill due to the nature and extent of the mould , and the only response we where given was if you don't like it leave . My advice to any 1 thinking of dealing with this f rate company is don't risk your safety , health or sanity !!!!!!!!!!!!!

staff are rude, no eftpos, office is dirty and small, the house we rented ended up being filthy mouldy walls and flea ridden carpet, entry condition report didn't mention this
