Been to Kathmandu Cottage twice! Although the deco needs a makeover , the food was really good! Butter chicken, Bhuna and plain Nam delicious! Lots of parking next to the restro and on Friday night there's the Crown King pub for more drinks! Excellent! Quiet but family run business with attentive waitress! A great discovery! Yummy quality food and not expensive! Is Groupon friendly as well if you want to save! I'd go again and my partner loved the food!

I'd never been to a Nepalese restaurant before, so when I walked past this place looking for some place to have dinner I decided to give it a go. Mind you, it appears that there isn't all that much different between Nepalese and Indian food because all of the dishes had the same names as those stalls you find in the food courts. However, unlike the food courts, your food is served in decent bowls as opposed to plastic containers. The staff here were really friendly, though I also discovered that when you are the only person in the restaurant they tend to go a little overboard, but that is not necessarily a bad thing. Unfortunately, when I came here they were out of Nepalese beer, which was a bit of a shame because I do enjoy trying beers from exotic locations. Oh, I probably should mention that the rogan josh was pretty good.
