DON'T USE !!! The WORST laundry experience I ever had.
I needed a winter duck down doona cleaned as it smelled bad and I wanted it to be fresh and clean. I was charged $65 and told it would take 10-12 business days.
6 days past their promised "ready date" I still hadn't heard from them so I rang the shop to follow up. The shop attendant wasn't sure were my doona was but she was sort of certain it hadn't returned yet and she would have a better look the next day and let me kow. Next day I didn't hear again, so I called as I thought this was incredibly poor that she never rang me. Then I was told it would be ready the next day to be picked up.

thank you very much for your feedback. We're quite upset to hear that you had such a disappointing experience with us recently. We have attempted to look into the matter, but we have no customers or orders in our database under your name. We have checked all recent doona orders and none appear to be yours. We have spoken with staff in store and none recall this incident. We have also checked with admin and no email has come through via our website relating to this incident.
We wonder if perhaps you have us confused with the dry cleaner down the road? If not, we would love to make this right for you.

I have had 2 out of 3 experiences with Milton Executive Dry Cleaners and here are the reasons I am posting a review:
First time: in September 2011 I had taken a dress to get dry cleaned and I especially drove in to pick it up as scheduled, when I arrived they hadn't even started it.
