At the time of ordering door handles did not realise that the information which was being presented to me was incorrect. When it was time to install the new door handles I realised that I did not get what I thought I had ordered based on the recommendation. Keeler were not willing to help out as it was over 3 weeks since receiving the door handles. No replacement, nor refund was offered. Emailing the head office was no better either; no response or acknowledgement was received. I will definitely not be returning there or recommending Keeler Hardware as it was recommended to me initially.
