Shocking service. We booked with a pram and highchair, and when we arrived we were shoved in the back, then as more people came into the restaurant I was asked to move my pram out of the way... My response was that I booked for a pram and asked where they wanted me to put my sleeping baby! There was no room. At the end of the dinner, with a full room, I could no long fit my pram through to get out. After asking a staff member how to get my pram out I was simply told rudely "good luck"! Rude rude rude! Wrong drinks and wrong meals were bought to the table, and the sausage was completely under cooked both times. Who cooks a sausage in 2-5min! Not possible! We had to clear the table ourselves after entree and no effort was made to refresh drinks.
Absolutely delicious! This place has the best Greek food in town. Yes there can be quite a wait for takeaway and inhouse bookings usually need to be made a couple of weeks in advance, but it is so worth it. My favourite is the calamari - so tender that I can no longer have calamari anywhere else - I have now been spoilt. The service is friendly and the servings are generous. My only 'gripe' would be how loud it is when eating in the restaurant - although I still manage to sit through the noise because I love it so much. Will be a regular forever.
We had been told about Kefi for such a long time, but just missed out on getting in before they closed for a period. So when we heard they had reopened we booked straight away. We thought it must be popular as it was always booked out! We were lucky to rung with a cancellation. We were definelty not disappointed even after all the hype. The food was amazing, excellent service and a lovely, cosy restaurant. We ordered lamb shaslicks and they were huge! All teh food we were served was a beautiful. We will definetly be booking again.
