The team at Kelly Country were great in helping me find the right suit even though I wasn't 100% sure what I wanted myself. They took the time to listen and gave me plenty of options to consider. A great experience and I will return for my next suit.

Worst experience in my time retail shopping. We went to Granville where we selected the new suit fabric and paid the deposit on the $900 suit for my daughter’s wedding. The staff there were helpful if not brief in terms of detail on the suit making process ... we were referred to the Alexandria store for fitting and adjustment. That is when our problems commenced as staff there were very talkative but not so focused on service. Seating for patrons is sparse and it appears that staff all eat meals together as several customers milled around the front service desk waiting for attention. Poor service. After spending over $2000 getting items made to measure, when returning for another measure we were completely ignored. We asked for extra length and room in the measurements which was not given. Zippers broke when trying fitted garments on. The jackets were not made to instruction. At $450 each you would want them to be. Do not go there. Staff are rude and push passed you. Dont ring you when they say they would. Poor service.

Well there's a saying. "You get what you pay for... "

Kelly Country offers bugdget suits made from poor quality or cheap looking fabric.

A mate of mine was getting married and we went their and neogatitated a deal for five suits with alterations.

Later when we came to collect the suits we found that the alterations had not been made because a higher staff member disagreed with the price that had been negoatied and decided to not make the alterations.

At this point it was too late to get the alterations and had to wear a poorly fitted suits to the wedding.

If you can afford to go somewhere better I would strongly recommend it, as the service and product is not very good.

Despite some of the comments below I visited the Granville store today. I was very pleased with the service from Vince. He was very attentive and has undertaken to have trousers altered to fit properly for the advertised price. I spent more than I had planned but came away content with my purchases.
