Kellyville Kitchens

Like the other reviewers, we too have had kitchen & bathroom fully renovated by the Kellyvile team. The project came in on budget and on time.

Absolutely atrocious! Got everything wrong. Promised us 8 week installation - it took 4 months! Got the quote wrong - left off tiling and rangehood installation. Demolition - threw out the existing tap and water filter we wanted to keep. Wrong measurements for cupboards taken which meant the caesar stone top was too big. Delivered the wrong sink and door handles. No communication - I ended up calling the tradesmen directly. Only heard back from them after installation was complete demanding final payment - which had been made 4 weeks earlier! While we were compensated (some what) by a reduced price, we would rather have paid full price and ad the kitchen installed on time!

What impressed me most about the team at Kellyville Kitchens was their attention to detail when it came to understanding what I was wanting, guiding me through all the options available to me within my budget and ultimately designing my kitchen accordingly! Customer service through contact relating to the status of my design, and material production was fantastic! I always knew where things were at throughout the process and was delivered exactly what was promised! A truely pleasant experience!

Our designer was Jane,extremely helpful and nothing too much trouble. I am amazed at the previous review,so opposite to our experience! Jane took on board all our design ideas and helped them become realty. My daughter also employed Kellyville Kitchens and is pleased with the result.
We neither of us chose an expensive range of units ,but recieved first class treatment from all the "tradies"

Just don't do it. If you want a quality kitchen then look somewhere else. Dealing with them has been a nightmare and the outcome is a shoddy sub-standard kitchen.
