Appalling - have not felt so ripped off in a long time - worst was the kids meals, no worst was the cold steak, no maybe the long wait despite the lack of other guests. Really really bad, give this place a miss.

Went to the bistro for lunch and used an entertainment guide voucher. The maitre'de was attentive and helpful. The food was reasonably priced, cooked fresh in an open kitchen and enjoyable. A step above ordinary pub food.

We went there for a drink and the atmosphere was terrible, there was no music playing in the pool table room and to make matters worse, the staff kept coming in to say that people were 'yelling' and they would get them out if that kept happening. They came in multiple times to tell people off at lengths and that really put a downer on things

Last Sunday my partner was served a rotten steak. It was replaced with an "almost" fresh one but with no apology or anything to incentivise our return. This place has been going down hill for a while. It shows they have no competition in the area.

This was beyond awful. We started with oysters kilpatrick and buffalo wings, both of which were passable, the wings could do with some more seasoning, the ranch sauce seemed to be just mayonnaise and the oysters seemed to have too much sauce, but both were edible and acceptable for pub food.

For mains we had chicken parmigiana and veal scallopini. The parmigiana looked good but on further inspection was processed meat... the slimy grey coloured kind. It ended up being uneaten as the meat was so terrible! the veal was like rubber and contained far too much garlic (it was apparently a mushroom sauce).

All in all we wished we went to macdonalds across the road, we would have been up 30 dollars and felt less rancid afterwards!
