Our company team of KENx can offer all the expertise required to head our Client's Project to a successful conclusion on time and within the budget constraints, and all by using local personnel.

Design Concepts: To be compiled strictly in accordance with the brief given, by our local design team well versed in Broken Hill conditions and surrounding amenities. Direct and immediate liaison with our Client to ensure exact interpretation of brief.

Tender Documentation: Production of comprehensive working drawing documentation adopted from the approved design concepts together with a performance specification forming a total package for accurate concise and most importantly competitive tendering.

Tender Interviews: Thorough interviewing in Broken Hill of all potential successful Tenderers to ensure stability of pricing, trade competence and total understanding of the project before commencement. Sighting of all relevant insurance covers.

Contract Signing: Formal signing of Contract/s under accepted RAIA/Master Builder/BOMA Building Works Contract, outlining retention
method, site possession and practical completion dates.

Site Supervision & Control: Direct site supervision of Contractor/s on a regular basis ensuring maximum quality control and strict Contract adherence. Creation of a Project diary recording daily events during the full term of construction. Distribution of all formal Site Memos/Instructions as required. Monitoring of maintenance items.

Maintenance & Final Certificate: Administration of a Contract maintenance clause for 26 weeks after Practical Completion. Issuance of Final Completion Certificate.
