Horrible customer service. Aggressive and rude service manager.

I originally purchased my brand new car at Kevin Dennis VW and had it serviced there for the last 6 years. When I called in this year to book in a service my call was answered by the service manager Michael Psomas. He was one of the rudest and most obnoxious employees I have ever come across. I explained to him that my car had one of its previous services pushed back about ¾ of a year during the COVID pandemic and therefore it was due for its 90K service which was next in line. Very professional and friendly,great communication by all involved. Loved the fact I dropped off the car, had a loan car and was informed that my car was ready all washed and cleaned.highly recommended

Excellent service! I just had my car serviced and they were very professional. The service was well priced and it included cleaning of the car inside and out as well as pick up and drop off so I didn't have to wait there. Will definitely be coming back for the next service!

Dishonest dealership. Make promises they cannot deliver on. Bad customer service - no real answers given and promises to call back are made and broken. Avoid them at all cost - it is the most frustrating purchase of my life.
