Was really good good. Had really good customer service. Very pleased

Good Fast Service, Just moved to Bacchus, Fitness freak.

But on occasion I like a good hot twister, was very surprised to find so many negative reviews over the years.. but I can say I enjoyed my twister was very full (they are not in Tasmania) so that was a big surprise how ever as always there is never enough salt on the chips, very good meal overall had a quick chat to one of the staff. Enjoyed myself.

Worst service ever! kept me waiting for 20 minutes while they pretended i wasnt standing at the counter. Then screwed up my order.. Ring to complain and they yell at me! SHAME SHAME SHAME.

Absolutly discusting!!! Past purchases have made me avoide this store with missing food or just poorly/uncooked food but recently was excited the popcorn chicken pockets re released ordered 2 and both with a drop of BBQ sauce maybe 6 popcorn chicken bits in total and hardly any cheese. Basically just a soggy pitta bread. AVOID THIS STORE DEFINATLY WORTH THE DRIVE TO MELTON!! ONLY TWO FAST FOOD OUTLETS IN BACCHUS MARSH SO SERIOUSLY THEY NEED TO PICK UP THEIR GAME!!

The service is poor & I was given crusty-cold pop corn chicken & my breast peice of chicken was not cooked properly!



Other kfc outlets are alot better than this one...
