Shirley from Ozcare took me here on Thursday 20th April. We asked about their Donuts Advert and Chicken Boxes. The sales lass took our Order and Monies. After that was all Downhill
There were no donuts in our order. The lass serving us said " I will give them to you for free". Then Nathan, appeared from around the side where he and other staff were gathered. He told us they don't serve Donuts in the Daytime. Then proceeded to put out his hand and ask for $monies. He then brought us 3 x Donut sticks.. One box of chicken was so tough we took it back and were told we would have to wait 15 minutes for fresh chicken.

This place has the worst service I've ever know. Every time I get take away, without fail something has been left out of my order eg food, drink and my favorite utensils and napkins. Ever tried eating potatoes and gravy at the park with no spoon.
is this the only way you can make a profit by charging for stuff and not giving it to the custome
honestly people it can't be that hard.
Whom ever the store manager is, you should be very embarrassed or change jobs.
Love KFC but this one has a few bad apples at the store. Some of the staff are extremely slow and not very helpful either. Many times food is missing or given the wrong thing. Managers always seem to be doing nothing in particular. Restaurant mostly looks dirty on busy nights and seem to run out of food on these nights (like chicken!!).Love the food though.
