I'm sorry but Emerton KFC has the worst customer service in history

On Monday 6th of April

Come down to get dinner for the family I order the super verity bucket to get home to half my meal missing ..

The chicken was so tiny and burnt along with missing crispy strips and chicken

I then try to ring 5 times to get in Contact to let uses no what had happen but I either kept getting hung up on or just rang out .

That is surely not how you run a store let along a business I was not happy at all to not even be able to get in contact you uses one in happy customer ...



Order number was 2065 ( 2066 ) number are half cut off



Also you should show a contact number on repceit also .





My rating would be nothing if I could

I have never had a problem but tonight I'm sorry but was very unhappy

Poor service. Poor serving sizes. Lack of experience from workers! Especially KFC Emerton, Sydney
