It seems unfair to give this KFC 1 star, however I have been here several times now as its my closest KFC. First time I went, the food was very nice. This was early 2012. Lately (Nov 2012 - Jan 2013 present) the good had been barely edible. Luckily, my dogs have iron stomachs and love it (no bones of course).
Where do I start... The chicken pieces tastes as though the oil has never been changed and is often over-cooked.

I am not expecting fast food stores to be perfect and I have had plenty of bad experiences in the past at kfc but have overlooked them as I thought they were minor. But this time I just had to say something as this would be my worst KFC experience ever.

Busy, busy busy. Drive thru - busy. Eat in - busy. And often seemingly understaffed despite their busyness.
Having said that, the staff work hard & orders are usually correct, and quality is as good as could be expected from fast food.
Just don't expect it to be fast...
