Easily the worst KFC in Queensland if not Australia.
Service is incredibly slow.
Customer Service is non-existent.
& I think they dip their chips and burgers in water before serving it to the customers... Soggy 99% if the time.
I've tried giving them chances thinking it may have been an off day but this is not the case.
Just. Stay. Away.
This is a very busy store. We dropped in around 6pm and they had 5+ cars in the line with another 5+ people waiting to be served in store. To be fair though they got through the orders reasonably quickly but still had to wait 10-15mins to order and recieve 2 large chips. The food was good and hot though... as it should be with that many customers.
