I would like to say the food is always cooked 100% ,when we get food from there and chips have to be fresh as much as possible, for your customers because there the best with every meal, even the zinger pie is the best ive tasted, not bad, when you can get one if not sold out, ive seen a big change in this store over past 15mths in between moving up to lithgow keep it up guys even when its busy, job well done,ill rate you 5 stars.....
Hopeless, we pulled in on the way home from Sydney, at Dinner time on a Sunday night, they had no original recipe fillets, obviously an ordering issue, the Krusher Machine was turned off at dinner time, not very smart, and the food that I was able to get was only luke warm and soggy. And the staff were in no way willing to make the experience even a little bit enjoyable.
Drive thru. 2.12.13 at 5.13pm Firstly no lettuce.... umm ok. Replacing with cheese OR bacon... umm ok. When questioned why only one can be selected, and I quote, was the reply: "look mate this is what I have been told I can provide, if you would like both I will charge you extra". Then staff proceeded with a "tone" throughout our lovely encounter. Disgusting. Food was terrible too.
