Your food leaves a lot to be desired about. Having ordered our dinner I asked for the chicken burger not to have Mao on them the look was enough like it was a hassle for them. the so called chips were nearly cold and the potato n gravey was so dry the gravy was thick n gluggy .We asked to have a piece of breast in each box was told that we could and when I got home the piece was not what they said n it was a thigh piece last time you will see me there.......you n the service u provide needs to be reassed....
KFC Murwillumbah is terrible. The service is slow and they sound like they dont want to be there. Which is not very professional. They often forget things such as spoons for potato and gravy, napkins, straws and a lot of the time they forget to put certain food items in there. They need to employ older more mature people, as the staff they have at the moment are too irresponsible.
We really need some competition around here.... KFC will surely go broke when that happens, I have never experienced KFC as bad as this... oh, and it is continual, they often run out of hot chips, and chicken - would you believe..They never give you napkins, and look at you like you are ripping them off when you ask for one per meal!! never give you a straw for your drink, and the burgers are a shame to the company.... Get this shop overhauled.
