This is consistently the worst KFC I have ever been to in my life!
Chicken and chips always stale and tasteless.
Service slow and rude.
I work up the road from this store so I have been there a few times. And of all the KFC's I have been to (and some of them are pretty bad) this would be the worst.
One night we had visitors so we went to get KFC for tea, ordered in the restaurant. We each went to separate tellers and we each had 2 people in front of us. It took 40minutes to get our food and they had no chicken cooked!
The lady behind my friend actually said to her "is it annoying you so much at how slow they are that you just want to punch one of them in the face?"
Whilst I didn't want to inflict any harm on anyone, I still think that it is the worst KFC in Australia.
They have just finished renovating this store, so currently it is all shiny and new creating a great atmosphere for dining in. I usually utilise the drive-thru service - it is extremely convenient as the store is located on the main highway from Queenscliff to the centre of town and it is great when you need o get something on the run. You will find the staff are very helpful and cheery. Rarely do I need to wait for an ordered item, usually everything comes out in a timely fashion. If you do plan to eat in you will find heaps of parking available.
