I ordered burger with chips and twister wraps for dine in at kfc Phoenix Rockingham but have to go back and get tomato sauce which I said if she have ketchup and she start laughing saying to Her workmate ( do you wanna ketchup ha ha ha) laugh, laugh ,laugh, in front of me I go back to the table and observe !!!when there is another colleague has just arrived she repeat it saying same thing (do you wanna ketchup) I wanted to confront her but there are few customers. Anyway , I found she is rude and lack of hospitality training.
Without doubt the worst KFC I've visited. I bought a large meal and popcorn chicken to find the large chips completely empty. I don't mean the chips fell out, or it was 1/4 full, the box was completely empty and there was no sign of chips ever being in there. When I went in to ask for my chips the staff were rude, confrontational and did everything but accuse me of emptying the chips. It was actually a really horrible ordeal.
When I got home (with chips!) the meal was awful and the chips turned out to be semi cooked and salt free. It tasted like eating soap at times.
The burger was inedible as well. The bacon was like eating a CD case, the whole experience was dreadful. For nearly $20 I got a box of popcorn chicken but that was it, the rest had to be thrown away. Do not eat at this KFC, the food is bad and the staff are very low brow.
I went to KFC Spearwood last night, and ordered a free range chicken burger. And without exaggerating... it was inedible!! The chicken literally had the consistency of beef jerky! I tried to eat one bite, and couldn't chew through it. I also waited a full 10 mins in a completely empty drive thru. This was at about 9:45pm, so not a busy time. I tried to feed the "chicken" to my dog, and even he turned his nose up at it! This place doesn't deserve even the half a star I gave it...there was no choice for zero stars, or I'd have picked that. Overall... disgusting food, wasted money and time.
