Took the grandkids through the Drive Thru to pick up the Chips and Gravy I'd seen advertised. Also wanted to try their Frozen Mountain Dew drinks. Luckily the 10 year old was sitting in the front and the five year old was in the back so she didn't see the difference in the size of the slushies; I didnt say anything to the waitress as the 5 year old probably wouldnt have finished it anyway. BUT was very disappointed when we got home to find that one of the chips was a full serve but the other was only two quarters full. I did ring up and complain but the Manager wasn't that interested and conveniently there wasn't a receipt in the bag so I couldn't do the Online Service Survey. Disappointing.
The chicken here is always delicious. I particularly enjoy the crispy strips. The barbecue sauce is nice too. Occasionally staff forget to include sauces even after you specially request some. However, generally the staff are polite and quick to serve and complete orders. It's a shame they never increased the size of their building when they upgraded a few years back, because it would be nice to have a play area for children. They must lose a lot of family business and potential birthday party bookings. Still recommend them though.
