KFC

Staff are friendly at the drive thru section, however the chips we ordered seemed like it was just dip in hot oil, not cook well and still white. I know they are busy but they should not compromise the food quality..

Slowest KFC ever. Expect to wait at least 20 minutes. I once waited 35.

The worst KFC ever. Go there quite a few times, hoping they will taste better but actually is always the same. Is either overcook or burn - which make the chicken bitter. Bought them again yesterday as they are closest to me. OMG I will never buy again from you guys - Cant even eat the chicken, the chicken smell burn and taste not KFC. Dont ever go there. Spicy chicken taste like burn taste .

I go here often because it's close and I love KFC but honestly it can get really grosse here. Staff are inconsistent one day you can swap a potato and gravy for coleslaw and the next you can't. One day we can ask for all thighs the next we can't. Many times we've received all wings and drumsticks in family feasts with the exception of one thigh or one breast; it's just ridiculous. I saw a staff member actually puffing on a cigarette while hanging out the drive through window, not discreetly either; it doesn't bother me but that's highly unprofessional. She didn't light it her lovely Co worker on a break handed it to her from outside; so I guess it's a team effort. Don't be annoyed if we sit in the drive through checking our food before we leave; we shouldn't have to drive all the way back because you mess up + you should always give something out of courtesy and apologies when you f$k up! those few incompetent staff make it bad; management sort it out!.
