DONT GO. will give zero if that's possible. don't even deserve a single star. Unpleasant and rude services throughout the lease and have done the work with multiple different employees and all had a very low sense of responsibility e.g. not coming to the inspection when it was scheduled (had to do an inspection for 10 mins without the person from the agency), not putting up the ad for the inspection (they begged us to reschedule our s a week in advance) resulting us to wait for an hour for nothing. They lack of internal communication e.g. one employee called me if they can have an inspection scheduled when my lease was already ceased. I found Kho and Lee to be professional and ethical in my dealings with them. issues are dealt with quickly and they ensure I'm aware of risks/possibilities in regards to my properties. Keep up the good work!

Most likely the worst property group in all of Sydney if not Australia. I can't recommend avoiding this company enough. They're sneaky/rude/dismissive and just all round not nice to deal with. We had so many issues arise in the 2 years of tenancy and they could barely manage to reply to an e-mail within two weeks let alone anything else.

Quite dissappointing with unprofessionalism of theae agents. They had an open inspection scheduled from 06 to 06:20pm. My husband and I could not view the apartment, inspite of getting there before 06:20. There was no board showing the apartment no. Or the alternate phone no. to contact. Both the agents didnt answer the phones as ww were waiting downstairs. It was only at 06:30 that one of the agent answered the phone to say that the agent conducting the inspection has already left. We werent the only ones there was a lady who drove all the way from Penrith. This is the first time i have dealt with this agency and the experience has not been pleasant.

All this inspite of confirming that we will be there to inspect the property.

The half star is generous; a negative rating would be apt. A warning for all tenants: avoid Kho and Lee at all cost. The lack of professionalism and quite simply the incompetence of at least two of the agents that we have dealt with is simply astounding. Only token regard given to our concerns and issues, be it a major gas leak or missing personal items following work contracted by the owner on the property. The complete lack of tact and diplomacy in managing our concerns is again astounding. A major factor in our decision to end the tenancy is this real estate.
