Things were looking Ok, but when we inspected the roof tiles, we found broken tiles, some tiles were not overlapping properly, gaps between tiles, cement is clumped without smoothing. What made it worse the water leak in the eves. We had an appointment with the company manager to address the issue who said they will fix the roof. A week later we were told that the roof is fixed when we inspected the roof we could still see problems.

The other thing we found out is Kialla Homes don't give out the building supervisor phone number due to his "workload", we had to pass on messages to the receptionist which messages were not passed on correctly or ignored. The roof tiles still need to be fixed properly. At this stage, it does not look promising. we would be happy for now if they fix the roof tiles properly. Will keep updating this review, at the meantime, keep away from KIALLA HOMES!!! Find another builder..

We have had many problems with this builder,from wrong contracts, couldn't get house in correct position ,complete wrong facade, wrong colour carpet , wrong door handles, no hot water when mover in , massive water leak after moved in and still won't take responsibility for damages and still hasn't fix any defects.

Well built quality home built by Kialla homes. Completed on time, well communicated staff kept me up to date on progress. Would use again for my next home
