Kiama Newsagency

I was there few days ago. Feel great, beautiful giftware, large range cards and stationary, friendly staff. not like below comments. may be because management is changed.

Very poor range of items. I will never go again.

I go to this newsagency rarely and only if it is urgent because of the attitude of the management and most of the staff, I thinks Kiama deserves better. Absolutely appalling.

Beautiful gift items but the staff needs some customer service skills. The Gentleman who served me was lovely but the other staff member acted like I was trying to shoplift. When you get that feeling you get turned off from staying/purchasing more items.



I was at the shop for awhile as I said they have beautiful gift items but the attitude is very uncomfortable...I wanted to purchase more but couldn't bring myself to further get treated like a criminal. Even after making my $50+ purchase I still didn't get any credibility. For a tourism town they must learn to be more discrete or give the god damn customer a chance if I steal treat me as a criminal otherwise let me shop in peace!!!
