Terrible experience. The most I've ever paid for hair and the worst experience, hands down. Poor information from the start with uncertainty about what I paid for and no info about maintenance. My extensions developed a matting problem which no one could offer information about. After weeks of broken promises to get back to me, I complained and asked for a partial refund. Who wants to go back to a salon that doesn't provide service and can't explain why the product is defective? This was refused due to "policy". Have been through fair trading and still they won't offer any refund, and are now misrepresenting conversations saying they want to have me return to "see" the hair which has never been mentioned (and they already had me in store to do). In short, huge prices for shoddy treatment. I am very happy with the customer service that I recently received with Kiki Hair Extensions. The Owner contacted me directly to make sure that I walked away happy. Unfortunately with my particular hair colour, it is a difficult one to match. The Owner tried hard to find me hair extensions to suit my particular hair colour, and because there was no colour available to match my type of ginger, she offered me a full refund.
I am so happy with the constant updates and communication that I received with Kiki Hair Extensions throughout the search - and if I ever change my hair colour to a one that they sell, I will definitely be back to purchase hair extensions from this Company.
Communication is everything to me, and I'm so happy that the Owner took the time to meet my needs.
