If you could give zero stars, I would. One of their truck drivers pulled out of Ashgrove Farms and flicked a large log (well so they say it was flicked) we believe it came off the trailer on to the windscreen of our Ute. Obviously it completed shattered the windscreen, causing a he driver and me as the passenger to be covered in glass. We tried to call the truck up on the 2 way, no answer. We followed him and finally got him to pull over where he admitted he was on his phone. We told him what happened and he remember passing us, and he inspected the damage and agreed that something big must have hit the windscreen. We asked for the company details and he told us good luck with dealing them. I rang Kile Transport and spoke to a lovely lady who did try and shift blame but agreed to speak to her manager. Kile often deliver to me - they are sub delivers from some of the major carriers - they have always been excellent - being remote we only get deliveries twice a week - but I guess that is one of the cons of living "bush".
Always helpful when I ring them to collect the packages before their delivery time to my area.
Very dissapointed with this company. They are very rude. Poor customer service and poor delivery service. I like to support local businesses but when a company is so rude to their clients it makes it very hard.
Thats not my experience. Always found Kile to be very reliable courteous friendly people to deal with
