Kilmore Palace Chinese Restaurant

Sweet & sour chicken arrived just chicken no vegetables.Fried rice never arrived asked 3 times.Finished our meal with plates sitting on table for a long time with no one coming over to see if we would like desert , tea or coffee.
When we finally had someone come over to clear plates we asked to order our deserts and were told kitchen was closing .
A very disappointing birthday dinner ! Just terrible service & food.

Very poor quality, supported this local business for 21yrs, now lm X CUSTOMER, SHAMEFUL ??

What terrible service
The owner shouldnt even be a business owner, and the ladies in there with there discusting attitude should be fired.
Ordered 4 meat dishes, got plastic meat with a layer of what can only be described as fungus sitting on top of the dish.
Asked for a refund
Got told NO.
Asked to speak to the owner, the man came out from the back and proceeded to give me the worst Costomer service I have ever seen claims he didn’t want to loose out on money and he was only going to give us half of the refund back for the food!
What kind of discusting Costomer service is this, your telling me your going to loose out on money for the night rather then giving your costomer a refund for the terrible food you have made for them!

I rate your business a 0/10 and would NOT ever recommend anyone who even thinks about stepping foot in your infested business.

I have always ordered or eaten in at this place and been a regular customer for the past 4 years spending at least $50 per visit for takeaway and even more to eat in.
Lately my orders have been wrong, food tastes like its been microwaved and chicken and beef have smelt a little off / old .
I agree with other reviews re not getting proper meals whilst eating in and have had this exact senario several times .
Pity they have now lost a loyal customer as I have given up eating there.

What a joke! Having reserved a table, one would have thought it would be easy. Our order was taken and sometime later we noticed a confused waitress with one bowl of rice standing aimless in the centre looking around before returning to the kitchen, she then emerged with the same bowl of rice and came to our table hoping it was for us. This should have been a red flag. There were 7 of us and to we only received 3 meals and 2 lots of rice, several times they tried to serve us meals that we did not order, which they took back to the kitchen each time. we confirmed with them on several occassion what we had order. But then again another waitress came and told us you order fish sweet and sour, fried wontons etc before being interrupted by another waitress who explained that was order by the next table and once again we gave them details of the 4 meals we were still waiting on.
