Horrible. I'm sorry, but the way you have to call within certain hours to get on a list to get an appointment is ridiculous!! I mean, I've been trying to get back in for an appointment for over six months now, and I'm still waiting!! I am so annoyed with this service I'm going to be complaining to a lot of people!!
