Ruined my favourite black wool coat.
The outer shell wool coat is now too small and the lining hangs out.
Also doesn’t smell or look clean
either. Now has a dirty smoky odour which wasn’t there when I took it to be cleaned.

AVOID! Overpriced, bad customer service and terrible at dry cleaning. I paid over $30 to have a dress cleaned... And it came back dirty! I sent it to another dry cleaners in Claremont and it came back like new...!

Do NOT go here. Avoid at all costs.



Took $70 worth of shirts to be cut and hemmed, paid $50 for this to be done and took the shirts home to see that all were ruined. Three different sections of the hem on one were missing with thread falling out the back, and all three were extremely crooked. This was dark blue thread on a bright orange shirt and therefore sticks out like a sore thumb.



I've contacted them and they don't care - won't replace the shirts or refund the money.



So I'm warning everyone in the area - DO NOT GO HERE. You're clothing will be ruined. I have never seen such horrid stitching since my 8th grade sewing class!

these guys are AWESOME... I have been going here for over 5 years... never had a single problem, and I go WEEKLY...
