Kirby's Pharmacy

The staff at Kirby's Pharmacy looked me up and down chided me to hurry up. When I politely asked for the medicine I needed, they very shortly asked for ID. I asked if they had a generic version (being a disability pensioner and all), which started them on a rant. They declared it was a privilege for me to be allowed to shop there, and that they hated 'generics' for 'wasting shelf space'. They continued with accusations that I were a drug dealer looking for ingredients, all while still remaining gleefully happy to sell me their overpriced wares. I felt like I was treated like scum from the moment they laid their eyes on me. If it were any other situation, I would have told them where to shove it - but I was too urgently in need of medicine, and shamefully gave them my business.



I certainly wouldn't ever shop there again.
