Kirribilli Hotel
An upmarket local with a casual and inviting atmosphere, the Kirribilli Hotel is great for catching up with friends and unwinding over a good meal and a drink or two. The wine list includes French champagne and a good selection of red, white and rose wines. Local and imported beers as well as spirits are also available.

It's a landmark building in Kirribilli , smart Art Deco building. Drinks are what you would expect, at standard prices. Staff are always friendly. There's a voucher for the food area in the Entertainment book, my fish was good. They sell good craft beers on tap, yum! Good location right near Milsons Point train station ( the eastern side) but if you do want to park there's lots in the streets around here, some is one or two hours at no cost, others are with a parking meter, make sure you read the signs. Worth a visit, and lovely for locals and tourists alike.
I wouldn't expect anything 'special' or 'upmarket' from the Kirribilli Hotel. This place is pretty stock standard in terms of a pub. Has a good vibe on a Thursday / Friday evening once the locals come in for after work drinks. The food is no better than 'counter lunch' standard so probably not somewhere to eat if you can help it. Nice selection of beers on tap however we can't help but think it is a little pricey for the experience.
Nomad's Thoughts: This is your typical run of the mill pub. Nothing wrong with it necessarily but certainly no wow factor - especially for a supposed 'upmarket' local. Come for a drink or two but leave it at that. There are better options for an upmarket pub experience and better options for pub grub.
I not sure of the reason but I have always wanted to pay a visit to this pub. Maybe it was because it was next to the Sydney Harbour Bridge, or because Kirribilli had been in the news for a while (that is the suburb, or at least the house in the suburb). Anyway, I finally managed to get here one evening and sat down for a beer. As it turned out I quite liked the place so on my more recent trip to Sydney I found myself back here and I have to say that once again I was suitably impressed. Basically it is a craft beer bar, and they even offer craft-beer tasting for $15.00 for a paddle of four. I didn't take them up on this simply because most of the beers on tap were familiar. However this was a pretty quiet little pub with a nice outdoor (and non-smoking) deck as well. Also, it's pretty close to Milsons Point Station so it is easily accessible.
