Worst company who push hard to sell. They want you to sign and pay for the deposit on their first visit.
The do call so kitchen designer is a sales person with minimum training in design kitchens.
There is no cooling off period once you signed.
I have lost my 3450$ deposit.
Stay away from kitchen Connections Kotara.

Ordered early October 2013, it is now 7 months later and our kitchen is still not 100% complete, and we are 100% not happy with Kitchen connection! Customer service at store level is fantastic; however, that is it! After sales customer service from every department including the management and up to the upper management is the worst we have ever experienced! How this business still has open doors I am amazed. Product itself is good, however the experience as a whole has been a nightmare. Avoid, avoid, avoid!

Kitchen Connection Kotara NSW is the most disgraceful and unorganised company i have ever dealt with. After 12 different people dealing with our kitchen from different departments, we have ended up with a $15,000 kitchen that is the quality of $6000 kitchen, that was 2 weeks late being installed, 4 weeks later to replace damaged doors and hinges and not even an apology, so I would say please stay away from this company and go to someone that knows the meaning of quality. What a joke.

Their showroom has a comprehensive range of kitchen displays and the staff are extremely friendly and helpful. I was happy with the process of buying a kitchen from kitchen connection from beginning to end.
