really disapointed, worst jewellery ive never been so far !!!! so for a broken i asked to fix something they told me will be 2 days , actually took 15 days, at the beginning they told me will be around 40 $ at the end they asked 100 $ !!!! they told me they will contact me when will be ready they call me i was at work they not event leave a message worst services ever

Unfortunately my fianc and I had more than one bad experience with the one engagement ring. We did endeavour to smooth it over privately but unfortunately the level of care just wasn't there to the point where a diamond fell out of the ring after they had worked on resizing and given the ring back to us (so the fitting was clearly not adjusted properly and even when we asked before the resizing if this would be an issue). We were then told they had lost any record of work done on the ring (when they usually keep all files). Very disappointing. I could go into more detail as there were previous issues that should been incredibly basic. Just happy we found another reputable jeweller who has helped and provided excellent customer service in doing so. I wouldn't recommend Klepner's to anyone unfortunately. I still can't understand how they feel it's ok to treat people this way and make them feel it's their fault. Incredibly poor.

From my first visit, Ronnie inspired confidence valuing a ring with very specialist equipment. Several other jewellers when asked were not equipped to do so.. Since then i have had several items made and each have been done exactly as i had hoped they would be. Full marks. Sorrento chick

Outstanding work. Cant praise highly enough. I had a ring made last year. I had an idea in my head, but the work they created was even better than what was in my head. This ring will now be a family heirloom. They have also done some repair work for my family which was all done with quality, patience and dedication.
