I purchased an Elliptical cross-trainer from Klika which had a faulty front wheel. Their warranty and customer service team did not respond to any emails or telephone calls during the 2.5 months I tried to get a replacement. I took it back for repairs once, but when I brought it home, the wheel was still broken, and the product itself was scratched and damaged. Today, I finally I gave up, returned the product and requested a refund. I will not be using Klika again.
They sent me the wrong item. They hassled me over returning it and refused to pay the return postage. When i checked..They have had 16 negative reviews on ebay for misleading item descriptions and problems with items sold just in the last 4 weeks. i had to forward this to eBay Trust and Safety Team as they violated eBay's policy. i am also considering complaining to the Australian consumer affairs!
Bought a trampoline from here for Christmas last year.
On the positive side, the price was the best around & shipping was fast enough in the end.
On the negative side, well - everything else.
- Communication beforehand was average, including on whether it would arrive before Christmas (even though their site gave dates, these didn't match with what they told us), and also on what date it would arrive & where it actually was at any time;
