Kmart

The WORST store manager EVER! “Maxwell” the store manager refuse to sell me the product they actually have in stock!!!! I was trying to explain I have visited several Kmart already before came here and I was told Broadway Kmart has the item I want. However “Max” just avoid the fact and try to get ride of me in a hurry by telling me impatiently that this product is online only, after I said okie I’ll order online right now and get it click and collect, he actually threatened me if I do that he is going to cancel my order to make sure I get nothing!!!!!! It is outrageous!!!!! I can’t believe Kmart has those type of creature as a store manager! Where is the costume service? After I told him I am going to report him to head office, he said go ahead everyone from head office knows me!

3 weeks ago I was searching for fans in Kmart. They had sold out of a particular one I wanted and had gone online to see which stores had stock. Broadway store claimed they had 16 available so I ordered it through click and collect. The next day I was sent an email with a refund because there were none in stock. This was after I drove all the way to Fig Tree because their store showed stock available but that wasn't correct either. I went in the store personally to speak with a manager and was passed on to 4 different people. One manager said they should arrive next week and would contact me. 3 weeks later I am still waiting for this call.

My Kmart of chose. This store is always tidy and very well stocked. Plenty of registers. They also have a bike sections which is great as you can see and try out the bikes before you buy.

Love Kmart!! Everything is so cheap and they actually ahve nice stuff, especially their homewares!

I bought the most gorgeous elephant for $39. It is a soft toy but all wired up so my little boy can climb onto it and sit on it. He loves it and so do I. Cannot beat the price!!!
