To leave a fair comment in behalf of the customers looking for a quick service for glass replacement don't expect to get your shower replaced quickly cause me and my husband waited for over 8 weeks and we are located in Yeppoon . I feel this is not a problem with the ladies at the desk it was a lack of communication from the workers and their customers , We are still waiting for glass for our door ! and they keep saying is on the truck ? im sorry but this is not a way to create a good repertoire with your customers . I am thankful for the adjustment for the price due to the inconvenience , I have worked aofr 15 years in a Trauma Hospital and communication is one very important thing you need to keep your company running smoothly . so to be Fair and not rude i give this company a 2 star rating .
