I sent out emails to a few AV companies looking to install a smart TV and extend wireless connection through my house. Konnect Me Now was the only company that bothered to reply. And they replied almost instantly. From then on, KMN were right onto it. Quick replies, fast quotes and eager to help. They were also very transparent. They welcomed us checking and pricing their product recommendations elsewhere. But we ended up going with everything they suggested. When it came to installation, they put in the hours and were determined that everything should work exactly as we wanted it, even though our house threw them a couple of curve-balls. Then they made a follow-up contact saying they were happy to answer any questions or come back if we needed them to. This was actually one of the most professional and helpful installation jobs Ive ever experienced. Highly recommended. I'm not a relative, friend or employee. Just a very happy customer.
