Rude, unskilled Inexperienced staff. Stood there several minutes before we were even acknowledged as three staff members hovered over a paying customer aware of our presence.
Expensive also for a style and cut and the result..truly horrendous. Nothing like the style shown in photo that was required. Way too short which will require months to undo the damage done by this salon.
Butchered a lusterous, layered naturally curly set of hair into a foul straightened bob cut..why straighten hair if ringlets are required? Unbelievably bad. Hair dresser deserves an involuntary reverse mohawk to fully understand what its like to be mutilated by someone.

Went looking for a new hairdressing salon a couple of day ago. Found this one. Very happy with the service I received there. Was given a quote and the cost was the same as what was quoted. Mary was the hairdresser that worked on my hair and I am very happy with it. She is very professional and friendly (not like some of the hairdresses I have been to in the last 12 months). She explained everything that she was going to do and also made sure that I understood all the information she had given. I will be going back to see Mary again. "Thank You Mary".
Probably worst hair dresser I have ever visited. Staff is extremely immature and unprofessional and did not attempt to connect to me as a customer at all (and I'm usually not picky but I expect people to be friendly). Long story short...staff made me feel very comfortable! The haircut itself was good but finally I was asked to pay more then initially discussed and staff tried to blame me for not "hearing properly", although it was clearly their mistake..no apologies... All in all not a nice environment and I definitely would NEVER go back!
They did exactly the same to me, quoted one price and charged a higher amount at the end. All I wanted to do was to go home and hide because my hair looked hideous so I did not stop to argue, but they should not be allowed to get away with it. I hope that more clients come forward to expose this rip off mode of trading. Be aware that this group also own the hairdresser called Illusion which is situated at the other end of the Runaway Bay Shopping Centre.
