I am very disappointed at the workmanship of this plumber. I recently contracted their services to complete plumbing for a bathroom renovation. Initially, when they were doing the 'rough-in', the workmanship looked very poor. Then, when they came back to connect the fittings and fixtures, they put them in with gaps between the appliances and tiles, and placed the vanity in a space where I did not want it to go. This was without consultation. When we discussed this with them, they promised to fix it up. In hindsight, it is clear that not only did they place the plumbing in the incorrect areas, despite our detailed drawings, they placed the initial pipes in wonky. When they came back to 'fix' the placement and other problems, they cracked the ceramic vanity. When confronted about this, they said that they would take the cost off the price: which they did.
