Kuringai Cycles

I took a bicycle wheel to Kuringai Cycles in Hornsby today. It had a broken axle, was missing ball bearings, and the cap had come off one side of the wheel. I'd limped home on it last week, and had caused more harm than good. Once again the staff at Kuringai Cycles did an absolutely amazing repair job. The repair was done quickly, efficiently, and at a very reasonable price. The mechanic who works there is like Merlin. I can't recommend Kuringai Cycles highly enough.

Hello there. I've been a customer of Kuringai Cycles for years. I own a number of older bikes, which all have (now) non-standard parts. I commute daily, rain, hail or shine, on what many people would consider dinosaur bikes. The staff at Kuringai Cycles are brilliant. Their customer service is impeccable, and their cycling knowledge is amazing. Every bike that I have purchased fom Kuringai Cycles over the years is in perfect condition, thanks to the great servicing of the team at Kuringai Cycles.

The owners of the store do not understand the consumer laws they operate under. My son's bicycle had both pedals break away at the mounts and they did not replace it even after I told them that it was unsafe. The owners kept repeating "...do you have a receipt..." over and over. I explained to them that this was a faulty item and I did not need a receipt and they could look at their sales records if necessary. If you hold safety to be a priority do not shop here, kmart/target/other locals are preferable as you are more assured of dealing with people who better understand Australian Consumer Laws.

Very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. Picked up some replacement parts for a couple of old bikes today. Very happy with service. Pricing was good.
