Disappointed is an understatement - Kustom Concrete should be paying for the rectification activities and proactively engaging with us to manage their mistakes. My next step is to contact their license providers and make further enquiries into the conduct and workmanship so that other's aren't ripped off and left with extra costs associated with fixing a botch-job.

I'm pretty disappointed, I've tried contacting and negotiating amicably to get some pretty poor workmanship addressed and we are being lied to and ignored. What a mistake to go with this company.
To start with they were very good. Unfortunately, this gave us a false sense of security and we went ahead and had the job done while we were away. When we got home we found they had run a bobcat into our new carport support pillar, causing significant damage. Rather than fixing this before laying the concrete, they just went ahead with the job, making to late to do anything about it. As a result we had to brick pillar around the uprights to hide the damage. They also damaged all of the down pipes, managed to to get cement splatter all the way up the exterior walls, and damaged the front doors. After months of trying to get Kustom concrete to come back and have a look at the bad job they've done, the owner finally shows up at my house while I was at wrok, intimidated my kids and demanded they call me at work. When I did not agree with his rubbish excuses he shouted at me and hung up. Unhelpful and horrible customer service. They don't even deserve 1 star but I had to tick one to be able to submit this review, very poor customer service.

These guys were professionals and did a great-looking job. The quote was quick and the price reasonable. The job was done on time and looks good. There was some confusion over the clean-up but once this was sorted Adam himself came out and saw that everything was up to scratch. Happy to rrecommend Kustomconcretefinishes.

The final product was good which is the only reason they got 2 stars instead of 1. Dealing with the owner of the company to organise the job was a nightmare. As soon as the deposit was paid he became completely rude and unhelpful. He blamed me for delays out of my control. When they arrived to start the job it turned out he had measured wrong and misquoted meaning the job cost more. Then workmen didn't show up days he said they would. Followed by people showing up other days with no notice.
When the work was completed and invoice was received even more expenses had been added and he refused multiple requests for an explanation only giving me one once i advised I wouldn't pay until an explanation was given. I also had to push for him to fix damage his workers did to my house as he didn't think it was his responsibility. The whole experience was so stressful and I would never recommend this company to anyone.
