great for couples with small one room motel rooms as well as couples with 1-2 kids in Mooloolaba on river with pontoon. Manger as very generous shared kitchenette outside with lots of cooking appliances such as microwave, sandwich toaster, fridge, toaster, kettle, electric frypan and cutlery, etc available for guests to use (usually motels do not include cooking facilities so this is a bonus and helps save money). Rooms are modern, clean with bar fridge, air-con. Prices about $150 peak season for family (manager is not too mean about having to pay extra for small kids when they can obviously share a bed when small, as other places often are). managers very friendly, great with kids (feeding fish with them) and give discounts to local aquarium attraction. Highly recommend, short walk to beach
