great family italian restaurant. Our group of 6 goes to dffierent restaurants in Canberra and surrounds each 2 months. This was a great choice, the food was excellent and the service great which made for a great night. Would highly recommend this place. Had been there on another occassion and the standard was consistent
Thumbs up for a FANTASTIC dining experience! Service was fine dining, atmosphere was casual and warm and the most unbelievable fit out, never seen anything like it in canberra, can tell a lot of money was spent with a passion. Came in group of four and greeted by an italian waiter who is part of the family and told us the history of the making of the restaurant. Entree i had the homemade meatballs followed by a sorbet which was served to cleanse the palate and then for main a spatchcock which was amazing not to mention the beautiful presentation.
I may have been unlucky, but i didn't like it when I went. The pasta was overcooked way past al dente and the sauce on it was watery and needed to be reduced further.
The staff were nice, but did manage to forget a few things as well as not offer a second round of drinks through the evening.
